Create Vendor Score Consensus The primary functional worksheet used to aggregate scores from up to 10 evaluators. It automatically calculates the mean and standard deviation to identify "Must Discuss" items where scorer alignment falls outside of the allowed threshold.

Summary of Workbook Workflow

  1. Preparation: Users configure the standard deviation threshold (default 0.65) on the Create Vendor Score Consensus tab.
  2. Data Entry: Topics and individual scores are pasted from external scoresheets into the designated input sections.
  3. Analysis: The workbook flags questions where scorers are divergent, signaling the need for a consensus meeting.
  4. Finalization: Once alignment is reached, the final consensus scores are exported back to the master Vendor Scorecard.
