Describes how you may and may not use this Playbook.

Terms of Use: Private Use

Playbook includes an Individual License Agreement that allows you, the buyer, to use it on any current or future projects you are engaged in with limited sharing. In other words, anyone other than the buyer wanting to use the Playbook on projects that you, the buyer, aren't actively involved in needs to buy a license.

This Individual License Agreement (ILA) is a legal agreement between you (the Buyer) and Prosultant.com, Inc. (the Seller) that covers this Vendor Software Evaluation and Selection Playbook (the Playbook) built by Prosultant.com, Inc.

The Playbook created by Prosultant.com, Inc. is considered copyrighted works under the United States and other copyright laws and is the property of Prosultant.com, Inc. The items listed below are additional points to help clarify how you may use the Playbook.

By downloading and using the Playbook, you agree to abide by the following terms.

Licensing

By downloading, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the Playbook, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Reservation of Rights

All titles, trademarks, and copyrights in and to the Playbook, and any copies of the Playbook, are owned by Prosultant.com, Inc.

Prosultant.com, Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Use of the Playbook for any purpose other than expressly permitted in this ILA is prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Limited Use

You may download, make archival copies, and customize the Playbook only for your personal use or use within your company or organization on current and future projects that you are actively engaged in, not for resale or public sharing.

You may not remove or alter any Prosultant® logo, trademark, copyright, disclaimer, brand, terms of use, attribution, or other proprietary notices or marks within the Playbook.

You may not sell, distribute, or publish the Playbook to an online gallery, host it on a website, or place it on any server in a way that makes it available to the general public. You may not sell any file, document, or other work, including or derived from this Playbook.

Customizations

This Playbook is provided "as is" and is fully customizable by you. We greatly appreciate any feedback for improving the Playbook.

Limited Private Sharing

If you abide by the above terms, you may share the Playbook, including your edited version *privately* with those specific people within your organization or team who **require** access to it.

* "Privately" means only accessible to those you expressly permit to view or edit the file electronically or share one or more worksheets, hard copy, PDF, or image format. It's your responsibility to ensure that adequate security measures are used so that the Playbook and your work are not publicly available.

** Examples of acceptable private sharing with people or organizations who require access to the Playbook may include:

  1. Sharing with your project team, stakeholders, and leadership.
  2. Sharing one or more Playbook worksheets with outside legal counsel retained by
    your organization.
  3. Sharing the questionnaire worksheets with vendors as part of the evaluation and selection process so they can respond to your needs.
  4. Sharing agenda and customer reference-related worksheets with vendors and vendor customer references.
  5. Sharing physical printed copies of worksheets with project team members and stakeholders.

Google Drive or Similar Products

If you use the Playbook via Google Drive or a similar product such as DropBox or Box, Link Sharing must be turned OFF. You may only share the Playbook or worksheet with specific people who require access. (Choosing either "public on the web" or "anyone with the link" is not allowed.)
